We are on a journey together to spread the message of hearing conservation and it usually happens one at a time. We are working to create a system so you will be able to go from “Wow, this is a good Idea and I love My Big Ears” to become a proficient Big Ear Provider.
Each one of us is Big Ear and the mission is to use our knowledge and make peoples lives better. It has been a lot of fun on this journey and we’re all glad that you are now and will be part of this experience going forward.

Because Big Ear is all about a group of people that want to help others live a more comfortable life and we have amazing solutions in doing so we had to come up with a playbook and created a set of rules of how it all works.
We have a lot of time and resources in creating what we consider a very fair set of rules and procedures that work for us all and also protect the investment that you have made.
This is always our go-to place as we start this journey and then as we go down the path and are well on the way. It will always make sense and you should always refer to this when you have any question.
This is your business in a box and if you are already a business owner or new to business you will soon see that this was developed to protect the Big Ear Brand that we all have an investment in.
Since you are new here you will soon be the next person that we are going to protect your investment as well.
